Food My Food Would Eat – Ep 6

In this latest episode Donna remakes her mother-in-law’s cheesecake, but with a coconut sugar twist on the old no-bake classic.
I go with a simple taco salad of iceberg lettuce, jicama, roma tomatoes, black beans, and plain corn chips; topped off with a spicy Mexican inspired faux ranch dressing. I also attempt a no yeast, no flour bread that I am sure will be a crowd pleaser in some diet circles.
