Grandma’s Red Potatoes and Green Beans

This dish pays homage to my Grandmother, who made it for me when I was younger and lived with her. It is a simple dish, but in this case less really is more. Grandma’s Red Potatoes and Green Beans served alongside roasted chicken and garlic cheese bread. I love you Grandma…thank you for all the great memories and great food.

ten percent of the people think they think;
and the other eighty-five percent would rather die than think.”

The most certain way to succeed
is always to try just one more time.”
