Over the Weekend Food Wins #4
Blueberry Scones with large chunky fried potatoes and farm
fresh scrambled eggs started the weekend off right. I have to say that I have
been thinking about making scones for a while, and my first attempt was rustic
deliciousness…yum! However, the fresh eggs from the Smith’s chickens were by
far the star. White Chocolate & Macadamia Nut Cookies and Chocolate Hazelnut
Peanut Butter Marshmallow Treats gave me another reason to live…“must get off
of the couch to get another snack” (I say that jokingly, but they are good).
