Chicken Parm Sandwich

Made Chicken Parm Sandwiches last night and they were so good. Once the idea came to me there was nothing else I could have. I wasn’t feeling it (exhausted) and thought about the easy route of buying pre-made sauce and frozen chicken strips, but I knew it would just piss me off in the end because that is NEVER the answer. I took the high road, thought about my taste buds, and did the right thing. It was so worth it!
