Over the Weekend Food Wins #2

It was an extra-long holiday weekend filled with family, friends, and lots of fun. We had beautiful weather, and I had lots of fun putting together some tasty recipes. However, it was also a great weekend for visiting, relaxing and hanging out, and so I used lots of bits and pieces of leftovers to create lovely fast dishes. Some of the highlights from this weekend were: Sugar Coated or Maple Glazed Doughnuts (people’s choice), Pineapple Sweet Aloha Burger with Crispy Baked Fries, Fried Ice Cream with a Honey Drizzle, Egg and Potato Hash with Italian Sausage Breakfast Burrito, Traditional Pancakes topped with a Hard Fried Egg and Maple Syrup, Peanut Butter Marshmallow Teats, French Toast with Almond Orange Sauce, and Roasted Pork Chops with Sage.
