Girl’s Night Out

Last night Kari got together with some friends had had a girl’s night out (?)…or is it girl’s night in if you’re the one hosting? In or out, Kari had some friends over; so the kids and I hid out to give the women some privacy to do whatever they do when they’re not being watched by the world. Before I retreated to my upstairs sanctuary I made up a few little bites for them to snack on: Fried Potato Medallions with a Greek Yogurt Dill Sauce, Goat Cheese Bites (my personal favorite appetizer), Grilled Caesar Chicken Wraps, Hidden Chocolate Peanut Butter Surprise Cookies, and White Chocolate Dipped Brownies. I hope that they had a great night of food, fun, and friendship.
