Why Have a Little English Muffin When you Can Have a Loaf

English Muffin Bread is ridiculously fantastic. It’s made in a loaf like your everyday standard bread, but the taste is that of an English muffin. I love eating it with butter and honey after I have toasted it on both sides (I cut it thick and so it won’t fit in the toaster). I love the UK and I feel that this is a good adaptation of something that you would find there.
