On Monday, June 16th Chris Allred, owner of both Chris
Allred Design (a company that focuses on improving lives) and AllFate Industrial
Supply, will be hosting a Public Speaking & Social Anxiety Workshop in the
Portland/Vancouver area. The 4 hour event kicks off at 2pm at Silver Star
Search & Rescue (1220 A Street, Washougal, WA 98671) with a workshop based
around public speaking and social anxiety disorders to help people safely
confront their fears within a safe environment by people who understand, and
attended by people with similar fears, phobias, and anxieties. This 4 hour event
